A big decision has to be made, regarding our future.

They are stunning..so much cooler and such a relief from the heat we had been working in 🥵
Great to share such an emotional moment! Also I imagine it can be very stressful when you dive in head first in such a big project. I hope you find a resolution that'll make you happy. I can only tell you that Bulgaria has so many magical places to discover and relax at (such as the simple river shore you enjoyed) that you can stay here for years and travel regularly without the need to always tie yourself to the house. I've been here my whole life and I haven't explored half of it all or even a third or a quarter. There's plenty to enjoy when you're down, no matter the reason.
Thank you 🙏 There's so much beauty to see in Bulgaria..what ever you need to quiet your troubled mind and soul, it's there. The property is amongst the best as far as condition, but we need to learn that we can and should step away and find those tranquil places BEFORE we get so unhappy and torn up. I had a 'fish pedicure' once, sitting with my feet in a waterfall fed pond in Thailand. Hundreds of butterflies flittering about and dozens of fish nibbling on my toes. Weirdest feeling in the world lol. Beautiful scenery though. A fond memory you reminded me of!

I'm a bit behind with the videos and didn't realise the dilemma you faced over the house. It certainly is a massive project but you have time - and cooler weather hopefully - to make your mark on it. And it's a base for you to come back to. With both your work ethics and your numerous friends you will get there. The only thing I would say is you don't seem to wear gloves and I worry about you getting spells 🤣
We went through the mill with it, Julie, but we're back on track now, so it's all good, thank you ❤️ We wear gloves for a lot of the work, so we're covered most of the time for splinters 😉👍❤️

Thank you so much Maria..Ray would have loved his send off, I'm sure.. 🙏❤️ The river stop certainly gave us some clarity..we had a good few days away in total, although I didn't really film much at that point..I don't really film when I'm stressed..

The break gave us time to think and discuss what we actually wanted to do with our lives, certainly Mandy..it was simply nice to get away from both the heat and the constant daily graft..
Ray would have been looking down on us with a smile I'm sure..he loved flying and it would have been a great place for him there.. ❤️ Love back to you both..hope you're doing well 🙏🥰 xxx

Thank you Zoe, we didn't really take any time to relax until we drove away from the house and it was such a relief when we did..just to realise that we could do that was amazing. Ray would certainly have approved of his send off..he was very much into flying as a pastime and the views from up there are stunning.. Take care 💜 xx

Really good crisis management guys! You did so so much in really short time, so well - deserved break! I also want to say locals will do nothing but hide inside between 1 and 4 pm in the summer. I hope you are feeling a bit better, and if i can say something from my humble experience, there isn't a right or wrong decision, there is something wright in every decision, just sometimes it takes time to see it. I remain positive and send a good vibes. See you soon!

I can see how your land could be overwhelming. Just clear out the shite and renovate what you need for now. Then just a bit at a time. Do you have a Dedemans near you? Their stores were one of my Romanian highlights.

Watch out for the burn out absolutely. Great to hear brutal ,honest truths. We know its not all celebrations and success doing what your doing, taking a house from what it was to your minds eye. A breather will do you the world of good.

Buzludzha is the monument that represents the current situation in the country. In 1984, when I was in elementary school, I was on Buzludzha, and at that time it was brand new, it looked very, very good. The monument was built with voluntary donations from the Bulgarians, the communists who ran it looted and destroyed it. This simply shows that they were pseudo-communists as we are now ruled (robbed) by pro-Western pseudo-democrats. In 1989 we were almost 9 million, now we are actually at half. That's why there are so many empty houses. The Bulgarians got tired of being ruled (robbed) by pseudo-communists and pseudo-democrats, and many people simply left everything behind and left for the world. If you don't like the translation that Google's artificial intelligence made, don't use autopilot in modern cars. It is very likely that autopilot has the "intelligence" of google translate
