Howdy 👋🏻 everyone. Today we were able to see Fishtail Peak clearly in the morning. It's May 10th now and the AQI has gotten a lot better now. It's been at around 70 for the last 3 days. Hopefully it'll stay safe for all and the tourism season for the local workers 🙏🏻. Nepal 🇳🇵 is beautiful.
Hi how r u eddie.. U still in Nepal?? Finally it rained in pokhara 2 days ago, now weather is clear here in pokhara.. In summer, pokhara is hilly area, forest fire is the main cause and every year hundreds of forest catches fire in pokhara which later affects the whole environment, weather for a couple of weeks and once it rains, weather becomes good.. I hope you enjoyed pokhara.. Good video brother!
Eddie, what you say is true. I know from personal experience that there are some good days in regards to air quality and many bad ones. Depends on the season and the weather. I'm checking all the time. South India has better air quality most of the time, as does Darjeeling. Delhi is the absolute worse in November. The Indian government says they have a plan to improve things but whatever the plan is it doesn't have much effect.
yeah at this time of the year from few years it started to be like that , rest of the year its good but for few weeks it sucks we cannot control it and our goverment is also not serious about this issue
The WHO report for the air quality in India just got released, and it is dismal. There's a reason their life expectancy is only 67 years. China has gotten better. Begusarai, a city of half a million people in northern India’s Bihar state, was the world’s most polluted city last year with an average annual PM2.5 concentration of 118.9 - 23 times the WHO guidelines. It was followed in the IQAir rankings by the Indian cities of Guwahati, Assam; Delhi; and Mullanpur, Punjab.
Unfortunately, that's not always the case because you're so close to the most polluted state on earth. I read that earlier this month many people are suffering in the hospital in Kathmandu because they can't afford medical care. That's terribly inhumane.😢

If you read my comment, Delhi is not the worst. I pulled numbers and info from WHOs report.
