What sucks about being a Moonlord is that the job is almost literally "Magic attack based sword master", the magic attacks doesn't do lifts for you, at all. The developers practically added more hits, that's about it.
But that doesn't mean Moonlord can't win Gladiators, since I've received alot of comments on "but ML sux against Gladi" or whatever. It really depends on the user, and for this video, it's very obvious how Cyclone Slash EX is a big game changer, so for those who knows me knows that I don't use it. The reason I used it here is that I have no parrying stance, he could've landed full Hacking Stance EX on me which is hell of a paintruck, and I wanted to be fair to myself.
I hope to inspire Moonlords more to be frank, I'm not the best, but I hope it's enough to motivate dying Moonlords in the PvP system.

Question: Are you using the 3 extra plate slots? oo Your magic attacks seem to do more damage.
+Dargunz Nope not using, but I'm using Crescent Cleave damage plate, & Line Drive damage plate (although I'm not sure did I changed it yet for this video, it was Moon Blade Dance damage plate).

U could add a couple chain combo with mbd just for u to know 1.rising slash>mbd (needs timing) 2. Counter exile>mbd also needs timing 3. After wall bounce> 1 normal attack> mbd
+Kebin Immanuel haha yes I do know those combos but I depend on crescent cleave more (and I'm trying to do full dps in this vid so yeah). Thanks for sharing for me & for the viewers though. xD

I have accounts in GW but I don't usually go there so yeah haha, IT'S OKAY I GLADI MORE THAN ML HAHAHA I KNOW THE FEELS.
IKR these days gladi are gettin better and better in pvp kinda hard to deal with them using melee ML
Yeap, there is so less ML around in DN SEA pvp scene. Even when there are, they'll be spewing Flash Stance instant everywhere lol. Good to see you're increasing awareness on the fun of playing ML 😀
Sir can i ask what your skill build is? im a moonlord but i maxed triple slash and front shove cause they said its already magic? any tips sir? :(
Max triple slash, don't max front shove, my build is in one of the comments just search for it.
sir can i ask if why you didn't get MBD EX? and if max eclipse is good and max counter exile? this build can also PvE? just wanna learn sir :)

+Amirul Amin I didn't bother to add for the extra hit, sometimes it fucks up my combo, and I've tested that the damage is the same except for the extra hit.

when i use ml i only knockback/make them fall cast cyclone then basic cresent + mbd combo then i will get distance repeat (becuz i usualy only use ml in team battles XD)

awesome match. it is rather challenging versusing a "good" gladi but ML/LK can still win. like you said: it's up to the user. BTW can I ask; how smooth is your region dn? and can I join it to just come pvp hahaha. I've beaten most top player in na already and I've vsed a bunch of pro sea players already. so I wanna vs another awesome ML player ha-ha(na gots none in my opinion)
+anthony vang To be honest, DN SEA isn't smooth at all (even for me). There's no MLs in SEA as well, that's why I'm kinda trying to promote this job. I know it's a pretty stupid effort to do such a thing but well, doesn't hurt to try. Instead of people choosing only the OP classes (Barbarians with their crazy ass damage / Abyss Walkers with the new Line of Darkness EXi), I hope they'll take a look at the benefits of challenging themselves, which is pretty fun in my opinion.
If you have beaten most of the bunch of pro SEA players, then I suppose you can win me easily LOL...
+Ezkal Ken after 1 bounce from 1 side kick, go nearer to the wall and kick the opponent away from the wall once and use crescent cleave, to utilize the damage output. (for more crescent cleave damage, use rising slash/triple slash to push the opponent inside crescent cleave)

mostly ML at SEA abuse using flash stance instant..they spam tht skill instead learn how to combo...anyway good game bro
