2:06 is literally the best use of Wyvern's Fire I've seen. They had to make a hard read that Valstrax was about to charge, and not only did the read pay off but it also got the kill. Truly perfection.

I haven't played yet, but from what I heard from a friend laying on the ground isn't completely safe in Rise. Some monsters can combo you if you're knocked up into the air or on the ground. So you have to wirebug most of the time to not get chunked even more.

Out of curiosity, is the Apex Diablos a Black Diablos or a Bloodbath Diablos? I heard some people refer to it as Blood Bath, but it looks a lot more like a Black Diablos than a Bloodbath.
I wouldn't call it ridiculous, there's so many mechanics and matchups and strategies in this game that overlooking one is understandable. But gunners can mess up Volvi u right. I also like popping it with slicing ammo right before I think it's gonna roll, because in 4-player hunts one mine blast might not be enough
