Certain stores do online appointment through the official Chrome Hearts website, some you need to call, it’s all listed on the official site. If call, call a week in advance!

I’m not sure what do you mean by that. You can pay cash or credit card in the store. If you are asking about finance payments, no Chrome Hearts do not offer any finance options.
what’s the retail price for the tees and zip ups
There are different price points for CH tees and Zip ups. Tees usually range from USD$210-500 . Zip ups range from USD$695-$1000 for hoodies, I have also seen zip up jackets that are over USD$2K up so it’s hard to say but this is the overall idea
