Recently made a career change and started working at a pastry shop after 10 years working in front of a computer, and by far the biggest challenge has been the amount of hours standing on my poor feet and legs. The first 2 weeks were so intense, like daily cramps, sore everything and wondering if I made the right choice but it's been two months now and my body has gotten more used to it, but yeah, working in kitchens? Way harder than I ever imagined.

As you said, the fact that the student present at the course WANT to be there, it makes a huge difference in everything. The feeling, the camaraderie and the will of everyone to learn is truly motivating and gives you strenght for the day. I really like to see you enjoying your trip here in France. Most of your videos have at least a 2 minute segment of you fan-girling over bread and I find that so heartwarming. omg I miss french baugettes so much!!! That's like all I ate when I was there. That looks like a long day, but you learn so much from it. The lunch looks exactly like the ones I had in university there. And dinner there doesn't start until 7:30pm which makes so much sense so you can relax a bit after you get done with school or work
