Few weeks ago they were headlining festival in Poland. People fought over 3D glasses even tho organizers said there's more than enough for everyone. Once they opened gates leading to stage people rushed like crazy to be as close to stage as possible. Crowd was erratic, cheering after every song, especially when they added few Polish accents like singing Pocket calculator in polish. I know a lot of ppl came from another countries to see them, even cosplaying their iconic red suits from Man machine cover.
Mad respect to Ralf and a crew, I was waiting to see them since I was 15, when I discovered Minimum-maximum on YT. Decade worth waiting. Show of my life. Long life the Kraftwerk.

Sounds quality is always insane. True art , performance pieces. In 1998, they played , left the show --didn;t says word to the audience. Brilliant . Audience was going crazy however, unlike this show. NYC , they had returned after 18 years . Screaming was deafening . The Inventors of hip hop !!!

I saw their first American appearance in Boston in 1974 at Paul's Mall in Boston. I was a drummer in the Opening Act local band. We never got to play. They arrived with AC power sources and U.S. was DC. So, the sound guys ran to local music stores for convertors. By the time they got them we were cancelled, but they played and we watched. They had video screens-like in high school in the 70s-projecting images as they played. And these metal rimmed drum pads they played in front. Very interesting. I was real glad we got cancelled. We gotta a better gig later. Cool.

My sister and I we always had this bond with music. One of the many times she was in the hospital, we came to visit, as soon as we walked through the door she had this look and smiling. She calls me over and says listen to this song, so she turns down just enough that I can hear it. She starts visiting. About half way through Computer Love I look at her, and she gives me this big smile and look like this is special. The whole time I'm mesmerized, mind blown. She would die in 1982 at 18 of cancer. I can dance to this track with her for eternity!
