I just wanna say ty froggy. I've been here since pelican bay and it's really helped me more than u could know. I've been going through anxiety, depression, my body-shaming abu$ive dad, gender dysphoria, coming out as lesbian and soon to come out as nb and my cat passing just in the last month. life has been really rough on me but ur what keeps me going. u always make me smile and be happy even though life is hard. I've had problems even doing stuff because I'm just too worried I will mess it up so I don't bother. but seeing u being happy, living the bread tag froggy life encourages me to keep going. I love the way Postelsia (the third island) only used in-game pathing. It can be such a vibe to do that, and it can feel so nice and... comforting? to see a beautiful island that doesn't use custom designs.😄

Ugh I’m obsessed with the Wishbone island… I stopped playing animal crossing for a year today and I’m so upset because I missed out on so much and everyone else’s island just got cooler and cooler and I never got into terraforming and waterscaping much and I’m EXTREMELY overwhelmed now and it makes me wanna cry because I want my island to look nice. :( lol
I feel ya! I don't have Nintendo Online and can't do custom designs to save my life, so my island is SEVERLY lacking, and since terraforming is SO SCARY the entire back half of my island has been left untouched, so the whole thing feels small and cramped.
@@charlottethatcher5563 I just gave up on mine lol. I have ideas, and I collect the stuff to do all of it, I’m just too lazy and overwhelmed to try. And if I do get a sliver of motivation, I never finish it.

I'm actually working on my first legit game with my friend group that we started as our senior thesis project. After we graduated in the spring we started continuing it and plan to release at the end of the year. Just a couple of game design majors from an art school.

Froggycrossing! You should watch this new anime called Kotaro Lives Alone! It's about this little boy who doesn't have his parents and tries to be an adult. A couple of his neighbors try to help raise him but he wants to be independent. It's very wholesome and I think you will like it.
