1998 - 2004 Dodge / Chrysler Headlight Problem

Diagnosis and fix of a headlight problem on a Dodge / Chrysler vehicle. How to check the Central Timer Module (CTM) (also known as a BCM). Symptoms are a light is out or flashes or blinks randomly. Applies to 1995 - 2005 dakota, durango, intrepid, ram, and perhaps other models. I replaced mine without reprogramming.
