That’s tough bro. The best you can do is try talking and working things out. If that doesn’t work out then there nothing but one thing to do and that’s letting time do its work. If she stays and that trust you guys had comes back then take it. But if time goes by and she just fades away from you then only thing you can do is accept she just wasn’t for you no matter how perfect of a girl she was trust me I know. That’s the most advice I can give and I hope you the best of luck don’t be to hard on yourself it will only get you into a deeper black hole. Good luck and im praying for you man.

I'm breaking even more everyday. things are getting worse just about everyday. I don't even know where to begin. I guess let's start with a few reasons why my life fucking sucks. 1- my grandfather is in the hospital with covid. His health is like a roller coster. One minute he is fine and the next minute he has a machine hooked up to him that is breathing for him. 2- I'm watching my grandmother slowly forget everything she knows and loves. She has alzheimers and she already barely remembers my name. She is getting violent with me and my family members because we won't let her hold onto her cigarettes because her doctor doesn't want her to. We give her a cigarette every hour. If we didn't hold onto them, she would chain smoke all day long and probably would smoke 3 packs a day. She asked where her cigarettes are every 5 minutes and pretty much only thinks about cigarettes. She grabbed me by my hair and slammed my head into a door all because we wouldn't give her a cigarette. 3- I hide in my room all day because I have no friends to hang out with. I've never really had friends. I do nothing but sit in my room all day, everyday. I have no life. 4- there are so many things in my life that are making me stressed out, depressed, and suicidal. I've been thinking about suicide a lot lately.. how peaceful it must be to fall off a tall building, feel the wind hit my skin as I am falling. Hear the birds chirping, cars passing by. I just can't wait any longer. I've been waiting for so long for everything to get better but its just getting worse. I just dont know what to do at this point.
I feel so sorry and I can’t imagine what you’re going through, I can only say that I had been stuck on a similar situation throughout my life, I’ve had some streaks of depression days accompanied with suicidal thoughts, I don’t know how old you are, but this was a period of my life between my 17s and 20s, that’s when I decided that I had just enough, and since then I’ve been doing serious self development work, thanks god I discovered meditation, I changed my diet, I change the content I consumed, I started working out, and most importantly I changed my inner dialogue, and all I can say is that every day is better than the last one (I seriously don’t know when does it stop getting better) and I found a burning purpose that keeps me laser focus and highly productive, I now can be alone without feeling lonely, I can socialize way easier too. It’s okay to feel lost buddy but go find yourself, once you find who you really are it becomes love at first glance, and that’s the true definition of happiness! Wish you all the best ✌🏼

She grabbed me by my hair and slammed my head into a door all because we wouldn't give her a cigarette. 3- I hide in my room all day because I have no friends to hang out with. I've never really had friends. I do nothing but sit in my room all day, everyday. I have no life. 4- there are so many things in my life that are making me stressed out, depressed, and suicidal. I've been thinking about suicide a lot lately.. how peaceful it must be to fall off a tall building, feel the wind hit my skin as I am falling. Hear the birds chirping, cars passing by. I just can't wait any longer. I've been waiting for so long for everything to get better but its just getting worse. I just dont know what to do at this point.
I feel so sorry and I can’t imagine what you’re going through, I can only say that I had been stuck on a similar situation throughout my life, I’ve had some streaks of depression days accompanied with suicidal thoughts, I don’t know how old you are, but this was a period of my life between my 17s and 20s, that’s when I decided that I had just enough, and since then I’ve been doing serious self development work, thanks god I discovered meditation, I changed my diet, I change the content I consumed, I started working out, and most importantly I changed my inner dialogue, and all I can say is that every day is better than the last one (I seriously don’t know when does it stop getting better) and I found a burning purpose that keeps me laser focus and highly productive, I now can be alone without feeling lonely, I can socialize way easier too. It’s okay to feel lost buddy but go find yourself, once you find who you really are it becomes love at first glance, and that’s the true definition of happiness! Wish you all the best ✌🏼
