Been there. But it does get better, trust me. I was diagnosed with anxiety on November 2021. I thought my life was gonna be like that until I died. I realized it was my lifestyle I needed to change, so I did it. Now I haven't felt the same for over a year. I got a job and a girlfriend now. I'm not saying that's what you need because we all feel different, but trust me, it will get better.
