Nice key bro, I also main outlaw and use Luxthos' WA pack. It really helped me to move dance under vanish so that you have both timers right next to each other and they are easier to judge at a glance. Your UI is very clean overall!
HO vs KPR? btw nice video
assuming you meant KiR,
KiR does ~4% more damage than HO in terms of AoE.
However, it is more risky than HO because its dependant on restless blade more often.
In other words, longer downtime & dying alone can be more punishing than playing with HO.

Outlaw is so fun, I really tried but I just can't get used with this apm and so much to keep track of in mythic+. oh well, guess I'm back to my sub spec
Is Outlaw performing better than Sin now?
In m+, Outlaw always outperforms sin due of DPS consistency
I played sin just to try it out, not exactly pushing as sin in high keys
