My favorite story? It would be where Jesus raised Lazurus from the dead. If I understand this correctly (and I may be wrong), then Lazurus was actually the first to come back from the dead. With the help of his BEST FRIEND; by our SAVIOR'S will. The best friend anyone can ever have.
When Messiah Yahushua met the Samaritan woman and He told her that worship is now in Spirit and Truth. Another is when a woman who was sick of the blood touched the hem of His garment and was healed. 😭💕
Wow. I love the calm demeanor and simplicity of the way this was sung. It sounded almost like a lullaby. What a beautiful voice. This is my new favorite version of this song. Thank you elder 💛
Again...he studied the language as a child in school at Kamehameha. I sent this song to him. I am sure he will enjoy it very much. I wish there was a website where we could hear more Hawaiian songs to sing along with. Thank you for sharing.
Such a blessing for me today to hear the song itself, but to have Jay sing it, adding his style & impressionable voice, is spiritually illuminating. Magnificent👍
This song, composed by the Hawaiian people, was made for the Mornon church. It was denied due to its resemblance to a hula song. Made to be a falsetto, it's sang slightly different than the original composure. This is just one example of oppression of my people, no matter how much we sought acceptance from other religious groups. But accurately portrays our intimate relationship with God. Generations later, and I hope now they can finally learn from their ancestors mistakes.
What is your favorite story in the New Testament?
