Most gym guys hate running because it's an extremely internal process. It's you vs your breathing. You can't flex harder and grunt your way through it for the next few seconds, because you still have miles to go.
I love seeing actors giving these characters the respect and work they deserve. Hawkman's a warrior and Aldis's is repping it.

I totally agree. Hodge is one of my favorite actors since watching him on the very much underrated TV series "Leverage" Very good actor with a natural comedic nature and a actual martial artist in real life. I'm looking forward to this movie despite the up and down reviews.
He says he's not a fitness coach but he has natural fitness coach skills, very impressive workout video.

Agreed... he's very clear, precise, accurate with his descriptions and explanations. His workout is definitely well thought out and you can see that the work has paid off aesthetically and functionally. Very impressive. This guy is legitimate and it does seem like everything he does, he puts in not only the work, but the research and desire to fully understand it and master it!
Aldis is super talented and has range for an actor, ie City on a Hill, Turn, The Underground and Leverage. Give this man his just dues!

Zachary Levi leveled up now with the upcoming Fury of the Gods. Looking better than ever now. And the suit is fantastic. Everything is on point now going in for the sequel.

Its insane how little the rock makes him look in the movie, also this guy next to pierce killed it, there really needs to be a justice society movie with these actors cause all that was great it reminded me of xmen from the early 2000s and knowing Dr Fate Pierce can get revived easily idk why they killed him randomly.

Hodge’s rise has been enjoyable to watch. He can be a part of the cast, he can support well, but he’s definitely matured into an extremely capable lead.
He has an everyday man vibe that some stars lack or either lose along the way.
Lastly, it’s weird to see him shrink down somewhat to play Decourcy Ward on SHO’s City on a Hill.
Finally someone who is putting effort into having more chest than legs when it comes to flying characters.
