In this vlive seungkwan seems so quiet than usual and i feel it. There is so much tension in this vlive
Right! Even before I even started "shipping" BooGyu. I noticed the tension right away, and thought something happened (cause based on their outfits, this was a vlive they did after recieving their government award), and I was so confused. But then when going back and kind of watching it again, but this time through a GyuBoo lens (& even a BooHan lens), I noticed that some members gave off such tension, while others (Woozi, Vernon, Hoshi, etc) seemed quite neutral. Which in turn, led me to think something MUST have happened between those certain members (Seungkwan & Mingyu in particular).

I still don't understand the tension and awkward atmosphere in this vlive, like the tension is so visible. And Seungkwan seemed like he was about to cry any moment in that vlive...

yes, i saw seungkwan as if his secret was revealed and it was related to mingyu. seungkwan tried to make excuses for the members to believe his lies. so the members teased him with 'please listen to me' in this live. seungkwan's ears are red.
I swear this vlive have a lot of tension going on. Seungkwan is obviously not on his usual self during this vlive. I actually watched a different analysis of this not boogyu... Your analysis makes much more sense 👌
I don't know if I'm right, but I think that Boo is usually way too much of a social butterfly for Mingyu's comfort. Boo needs it, he feeds off it, it makes him feel good and alive. But Mingyu is very possessive of Seungkwan, so it makes him feel more and more rotten. So Boo tries to hold himself back, actually not be himself, to placate Mingyu. Have you noticed how Boo always wears long shirts, sweaters, jackets? I think it's partly for himself because he doesn't want the attention, but I think it's also for Mingyu because when his butt is visible it gains a lot of attention.
As far as Mingyu undoing his *vest* I think it could be because wearing a shirt, a vest, and a jacket in a room packed with guys (they're ovens), he could have just gotten hot. Or it could be because he was upset with Boo, and being upset can raise your temperature, or it could be a combination of the too.
Oh also, if a ball falls out of your hand it *drops.* And you could say...I love the way her blouse *drapes* across her shoulders.

Omg that's alot. But I'll do my best to give my own perspective.
From what I have seen, Mingyu does display possessiveness, BUT I don't think it's to the point where he practically polices what Seungkwan can wear and not wear (in order to reduce the attention given to Seungkwan), however I will say this...if you watched my other BooGyu Analysis video (which focuses on Mingyu's jealousy) Mingyu does seem to be the type that doesn't like it when seungkwan gets too friendily & touchy with other people & with certain people (eg with Jungkook, Moonbin, & Vernon). There have been many instances of him visibly looking jealous & annoyed when Seungkwan does get too friendly with other people. But that doesn't mean he restricts or polices Seungkwan. Mingyu himself is pretty social and flirty. So the jealousy for the most part goes both ways, it just so happens that Seungkwan is better at hiding it than Mingyu. I mean, there are instances of Seungkwan being jealous, but it's not as frequent or as easy to catch like Mingyu's.
Also, in regards to Boo's clothing choice, I feel like part of it mostly has to do with his insecurity. Seungkwan used to suffer from Seventeen's old staffs that would verbally (& rumored to also physically) abuse him over his weight (mind you, if you watched tjem since 17tv, Seungkwan has always been one of the skinnier members). Seungkwan has actually talked on many occasions of the different types of diets he'd take (some extreme ones, some decent) and even at some point talked about how he would go to the bathroom to eat in order to avoid the members seeing him eat. I could literally do a whole video case study on Seungkwan & his self-image journey, cause it's really alot to unpack. But either way, I don't think we can really attribute his clothing choices to Mingyu. Besides, like I said earlier, I don't see Mingyu as the type to police what his partner wears, especially when he himself wears pretty revealing & loose clothing.
Also, you make a good point in regards to Mingyu unbuttoning his shirt. He definitely could have been hot, or got heated over his anger. I just found it rather intense when he was unbuttoning it 😂, like "okay buddy, relax."

I didn't mean to say that Mingyu actually _polices_ what Seungkwan says, but...well they have obviously had some kind of a disagreement in this video, and Boo's outfit here looks pretty shapeless, even for him. It could be that he knows he'll get less flack if he dresses that way, or at least Mingyu can't accuse him of anything. I'm not saying he does, it just makes me wonder. But yes, I agree with your points about Mingyu getting jealous when Boo is touchy/feeling and with certain people.
You also make really good points about his weight issues, I don't watch their videos all the time, but I've still seen stuff come up on the videos I have watched. Like him looking puffy in the morning, and watching what he eats and such.
Also yes, I've seen instances of some questionable (and worse) behaviour from Mingyu with people other than Seungkwan.
Haha, yes, it did look like he was getting hot and bothered when he started taking off his vest! (that phrase can mean different things) 😂😂
Ultimately I think their relationship will continue to be a struggle because of who they each are, but also largely because of the situation they are in--because of fellow members, because of members in other bands...their relationship is just tested all the time.
Oh I also wanted to agree with what you said about many of the other members being aware of the situation and trying to diffuse it, support and calm Mingyu and Seungkwan, pretty awesome of them actually.

Not sure why there was so much tension and it makes me sad...but...I was getting my life at the same time. DK just rubbing our Tiger's thigh while we got Hannie and S Coups on the other side all up in each others space/linking arms with their favorite child (Wonu) next to them. Then there's Mafia kitty (Jun) and Hannie in front of Gyu like theyre keeping his ass in the corner. So much going on.💀🤣🤣🤣
