Those tiny squeaks seem too small to be coming from such big, majestic animals. 😄 Kittens will be kittens, whatever their size❣️ Cleveland does a fantastic job with its breeding programs - I’m guessing this means that the animals are happy and well cared-for. This family certainly look healthy and the kittens are so lively and playful. Hector’s an impressive fellow - the babies weren’t sure what to make of that huge roar, though! 😂❤ Thanks for the wonderful footage, Larry - I enjoyed both clips SO much! 🙏🤩
Larry so Dad doesn’t help with raising the kids, but do they get to be around him at all, maybe in a fence next to him. They came straight up into attention when he started calling. They are absolutely adorable and your so lucky to get to see all these animals. ❤️❤️
Adult males have no physical contact with any cubs, theirs or someone else’s. These males would likely kill the cubs, eliminates competition and leads the female to be receptive sooner rather than later. I think having cubs on the other side of a fence would only aggravate all of them. (FYI. Our habitat is 15,500 sq ft of varied space, 4 interconnected habitats that allow for a breeding pair and cubs.)
Aww so sweet a boy and a girl😍🤩mom Zoya must be a proud mother!🥰❤how big they already are at just 3 months!💪👍🤩 Just one thing though I hope the public will respect their Asian lineage by NOT given them human English names I mean..HECTOR what kind of a name is that for a fierce majestic Asian lion!🙈I hate it when zoo's do that Larry😕😞 Nice footage👏💪🥰🌞🌻
Should have said nothing against honest zookeepers. It's honorable what they do. Just saying it's sad both that humans farther removed from nature and that animals are going extinct. But yeah a zoo might inspire a lot of kids. That parts good.
But then there's the smell... I don't know the answer. At least some of the animals seem to enjoy captivity so that's something. Anyway thanks for what u do. Sounds like u care.
@chad9017 yes, Today more and more zoos are focusing less on entertaining guests (that was bad for the animals) and more on educating people on how we can help conserve and protect habitats and the animals in their wild habitats. We still have a lot of work to do.

Hector is a great name. It’s a Greek hero’s name ❤
If u watched beautiful creatures. Sad zoos exist.
We have one of the 238 zoos accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Where we maintain a high standard of animal care.
