it's 3:19 am, friday (morning i guess) and i'm lying in bed, sobbing my eyes out. i like to think into these types of these WAY to much so, here's my goddamn rant. what makes me cry so much about his death is how much meaning his last words actually have. in spiderman homecoming, there's the scene where tony asks for the suit back. "if you die, i feel like that's on me." and "please sir, i'm sorry-" "sorry just doesn't cut it" and his last words end up being "i'm sorry." at the beginning of iw, tony mentions how he wants to have kids. i feel like this is so heavily inspired by peter, he wants to be able to have someone like that in his life. someone that he can look after, care for and watch grow. he saw peter as a son, and it's so fucking sad that he could do nothing but watch and comfort as he was reduced into nothing in his arms. what makes it worse is that, everyone else's deaths were so quick. the thing about peter is that, because of his spidey-senses, he felt it. he knew something was wrong, and he realized what was happening. i could _feel_ the desperation in his voice when he kept on repeating "i don't want to go", because he really just wants to stay with everyone, his family. he wanted to be able to talk to everybody he loved again, because he's just a goddamn kid. he's scared, he doesn't know what to do and he's grasping onto tony like he's the only thing keeping him on earth, and then he's gone. okay sorry i had to rant bc i'm freaking out rn hhhh
I love the relationship between Peter and Tony. It hurts to know that Peter cared so much about not letting Tony down that even when he knew he was dying he still said “I’m sorry” because he thought he let Tony down. Tony just wants him to be safe and to see him die hurt him so much😭😭. I love this video❤️❤️
I know, it won't be a permanent death. Just trying to see from Spidey's perspective at that moment. Still, if we don't consider Homecoming 2, this scene is really heartbreaking.

I personally think, Tom Holland is the best Spiderman. I didn't really like the first two versions, they didn't feel like... to stay at the theme of the video, human. They were heroes in the moment they got their abilities and that's what makes the new Peter Parker special, and much more real: he is just a kid, a boy who wants to understand himself, the world, wants to find a role model to relate to, and when he gets his abilities, he really has nothing but a good heart as a heroic personality trait. Beautiful tribute, for me, it showed exactly this. And I just don't want to think about how he died as a fifteen year old child. I hope he will get resurrected somehow.

I think that peter's death was the absolute saddest because it was unexpected and it hits you straight in the heart. Everyone else didn't necessary say or do anything when they died but peter he broke down and it was just overall really emotional. Great edit, the only thing getting in the way of me actually feeling sad is that Spider Man is not dead for real. He will be back so kinda makes whole scene tad pointless =/ Hopefully it will at least give Spider Man some sort of change/development like With Tony back in Avengers 1.
