Hi Rachel, I’ve never seen a buttercream recipe that uses so little icing sugar. Is this just for this tutorial or do you always use this recipe?
I always use this recipe, if you go to the Delicious recipe section you will find it in there, it makes your buttercream more creamy and less sweet
Here is the link, this is a very old tutorial though so please excuse the quality of both the footage ( it wasnt HD) and also the editing , thats taken me years of practice
