Happy Sunday Blessings. Wow those are some beautiful gifts from the ocean today. The oranges were outstanding. Thanks for sharing. I adore the kiddos in all their joy
Hey friend! Another great video, wow the colors in those patterns are fantastic and your boy is doing a great job! Blessings thank you for another beautiful video, is so relaxing ! ❤
You guys found some super fun stuff out there!!! The true tulip was 🥰 After storm shelling is cool- it’s like the ocean’s apology for all the disruption ;)
Never seen such a shell pile before! All you digging revealed many gorgeous treasures! Enjoyed seeing your children’s excitement on the shelling adventure!
Thank you 😊 Yes! Large piles for sure! But I think for me Lido Beach shell piles a few years ago during a beach nourishment project hold the most shell piles I’ve ever seen. It was unbelievable 😱❤️ If you’d like to see those piles, I did a part 1 & 2 video on that if you’d like to see the “amount” of shells that washed up…unbelievable!! Hi from Jan in land-locked Austria. It looks like you had a very successful day at Marco Island and like the kids had a great time, too. Your finds look wonderful after cleaning. I wish Acid Magic was available in Austria. I can't wait to see your next episode!
Hello in Austria! Wow 🤩 thx for watching! Yes, it was a nice time ❤️ I wonder if the product is available but maybe under a different name? I love that stuff! With kids, it was a must for me to switch. I took all my muriatic acid down to our city dump to dispose properly with them a little while ago 👍🏼 Happy virtual shelling! Yeah, I can’t wait to share next week the Fort Myers walk…lots of shells 🐚
I just found your channel, and I love it! You've found gorgeous shells! And you're the first one that I see digging for shells. Never knew that there were so many treasures hidden! So, you've got a new subscriber. Saying hi from the Netherlands. 🤗 🇳🇱
Hello in the Netherlands! So excited you found the channel! Thx for your subscription & comment ❤️ Be blessed!! Yes! I love shuffling and digging lightly for shells; lots just found only a few inches under some piles 🐚😍 Especially after you see a lot of footprints (knowing I’m not one of the first on the beach) people generally just surface pick-but there are the same great treasures just below the surface ❤️
Such an awesome shelling adventure! I love how your children share your love of shelling. Ella is just adorable! Thanks for showing us how some of the shells turned out after the acid was used! Amazing transformations! Really enjoy your videos!
Thank you so much for your comment! I'm happy to know you have been enjoying the videos. Ella is such a little joy--she is the best "surprise" of my life! Here I thought I was hitting early menopause just to find out I was pregnant!! She loves the beach. Connor still likes getting out every now and then and Skyler my oldest daughter is 100% friends and phone at this stage lol. I love the acid transformations it's like once you start dipping you can't stop LOL!
Hi Roxanne & Family! 👋🏼 My Mom and I sat there and dug through those piles in June.. Soooo much fun! Now if you want a to really hit the jackpot.. Wait until an hour and a half before low tide and walk around that jetty and keep going the entire way around. You’ll be in shell heaven! Just make sure you get back out of there before high tide.. It’s fantastic shelling over there!! TTFN 👋🏼 ❤
Yes!!!! I’ve had a few friends do that and one of these days my timing will work out so I can go myself hopefully 🙏🏼 I’ve heard fantastic shell stories after storms around there ❤️ This time we were heading back over to the east coast from staying on the west coast a couple of days and wasn’t going to go there but figured why not-stopped by before heading 3.75hrs home 👍🏼
I have them displayed all over the house in every room and have a corner cabinet for my really special ones. I'd like to craft and have many ideas and have only had time for a few small projects but mainly for now just collecting. So much going on in "life" at the moment. Looking at my shells and holding them and sharing with friends some gives me great joy. Thx for your question.
I have never 👀 SO MANY 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 It is NICE your 😊 SON appreciates & enjoys 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 🐚 Your END COLLECTION was educational, EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY RESULTS.... SO DARLING baby 👶 🤰 🐚 🐚 🐚 🦢🕊🪿🕊🕊🕊🕊🪿🦢🕊🕊🕊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊⛱️🌊🌊🌊🌊🌈
I did actually leave a pile - I dug out “underneath” the sand and tossed up more Florida fighting conchs, whelks and others that were buried and left them there than shells we took that day. You can see me doing that in this video 👍🏼 Thanks for your concern & it’s so awesome Mother nature is on top of providing shells w/o any help 👍🏼👍🏼 Shell collecting in documented history has been around for thousands of years; even some civilizations that used shells as money. It is unfortunate that throughout our history our trash consumption is growing higher and higher ending up in our oceans, and plastic parts are washing up on beaches and hermit crabs in some parts of the world are choosing the lighter weight objects for homes over shells due to the over abundance of trash on some beaches. In the study of domestic hermit crabs, they would prefer a lighter shell-hence their selection. In Florida we have zero issues, though the trash is there. I pick up what I can and support anyone or group who helps too. I’ve seen a few dredging sand nourishment projects here in Florida and you’d be surprised how many empty shells they dredge up from just a tiny portion of the ocean right off the beach-would blow your mind-there is no shortage of shells. I can only imagine that little section of dredge of millions of shells multiplied throughout our entire peninsula (and then the world, wow!) Feel free to check out those dredging videos by visiting my RUclips landing page to see for yourself the amount of shells. Most dredging projects are closed, not open to the public to collect shells and allll those shells are under the foundations of most Florida homes and buildings. All and all, these FL hermits are more than blessed with a selection 👍🏼
I love Marco Island and the Ten Thousand Islands. Here is my 1st time in the 10K's! ruclips.net/video/dBCmNhJ-o2s/видео.htmlsi=Biq32Ps1G80w_lPv

Beautiful do you decorate with shells or just collect them

Thank you for watching.
You should make a pile for the hermit crabs to find.
