They have this plan before even getting selected. For them getting selected just boosts their credibility in running their coaching institutes

Mudit Sir, please raise the issue of 2023 CSAT as well. How UPSC played with the last attempters of 2023 and then came back to normal CSAT pattern in 2024. This clearly shows that UPSC made a blunder in 2023 which they never accepted.

Sir please keep raising voice for following reforms at multiple stages
1) Answer key within 1 week
2) Marks disclosure of failed candidates at respective stage
3) Mains evaluation criteria
4) Model answers for Mains answers
5) True copy of answer sheet under RTI just like BPSC
6) Disclosing normalisation procedure adopted in case of optionals
7) Reducing the discretion and favouritism at interview stage through multi-panel interview or reducing the marks of interview
8) Declaring final result on the day last interview conducted
9) Conducting prelims 2 times in a year
10)Adhering to syllabus at the preliminary stage to avoid the randomness of results

For the sake of the nation... Drop the egos.
Despite being a constitutional body, UPSC was confused and it took 11 months to release the answer key.

So true Mohit.. as an UPSC aspirant almost two decades back I felt even worse. Today things have slightly changed but concerns remain same
I saw many candidates got extra hour in mains and prelims without having any issues with hand.... I asked a candidate how he got extra time he told me that he simply got certificate from chief medical officer

Uppcs bpsc cgl … lot of aspirants appear in these kind of examinations… uppcs cancelled in march but they will take exam in oct… inke bas election time par hone chaiye … baki results me kitna bi time lag jaye dikkat nhi…. Education system needs serious and urgent reforms

One of my friend said that 90% selected from rich powerful high class looking good and remaining 10% from poor sections for balancing act and highlighting 10% of poor sections in all over news

UPSC must re check on all the other candidates who are on redlight now...there are almost 10 officials or more who selection process is being questioned ......seat an inquiry commission immediately and take action which will give a very strong message to the public
Even the cutoff list is revealed after one year. Just a wow thing UPSC can do, clearing the candidates for mains, but can't release the cutoff marks in the public domain.

One of friend from a very renowned coaching classes told me that the Coaching owner shamelessly flaunt that he has setting in the UPSC if someone join this particular coaching will surely gets his or her name in the list. To my surprise each year 100s of aspirants clear UPSC and state PCS from his institute when I checked.

@@MuditGupta मुद्दा है कि upsc में किस प्रकार के सुधार होने चाहिए क्योंकि अभी कई scam की खबरें आईं हैं जिसमें कई नाम सामने आए हैं और इसपर जिस तरह की आवाज कोचिंग संस्थान से या छात्रों से उठनी चाहिए थी वह आवाज कहा है?

Interview is sure shot bias 😅😅, max mark to interview should only be 100 marks. No caste wise invitation, no state wise invitation, surname should be replace with unique code, all the information related to religion , caste or any such information should be replaced with unique ID. Vigorous checking of all documents specially on which any relaxation is meet. Cut off should be out withing 3 days with name list. This year name list is still awaiting. ALL THE EXAM OF UPSC SHOULD TRANSPARENT.
