2 Cups of Thinly Sliced Cabbage
1 Cup of Sliced Cucumbers 🥒
1 Cups of Shredded Carrots 🥕
1 Tbs of Minced Garlic 🧄
1 Tbsp or Salt
1 1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Vinegar or Rice Vinegar (Lime can Sub)
Version 2 👇🏻
Add Shallots, Desired Amount of Mined Chillies 🌶️🔥, and 1 Tbsp of Fish Sauce.
Place in Airtight Container 🫙. Refrigerate over night for Best Refreshing Crunchy Texture and Flavors.
What’s more 📝
*Adjust to Taste! Add more Sugar if you wan it more Sweet. And more Vinegar if you want it more Tangy. Salty Savory, are more Fish Sauce.

These pickled vegetables are great with beef sticks, chicken wings, stuffed chicken wings, fried lemongrass chicken patties and fried lemongrass fish patties using the Cambodian grueng. The spicy Thai chilis 🌶️ in the pickled vegetables is good.👍🏽 I personally like alot of chilies.
