I love the fact that it has a separate shower and im ok with the one stateroom, as its enough for a couple with couch space for the occasional guest. Give the guest their own VIP stateroom and something nice, and they never want to leave. I love the fact that the aft area is like a small living room, and the gallery is separate but large. I can see my family living full time on this boat, and noticed a larger refrigerator too. The cockpit is one of the great outdoor spaces in the boat, but id like to take the eisenglass down and open it up. Id also like to move the dingy from the aft, as we like to fish, troll etc. It looks like the davit is set up to use the upper deck for the dingy. I can understand that its a hige space and if you're into entertaining many people, it would be perfect. We plan to put the dingy up there along with a couple of kayaks and a canoe. There goes that space, but we want to carry the extra boats and that upstart platform looks perfect. Again, im not in any immediate danger

Nice boat, the closet next to the head begs for a washer/dryer. I wonder where you could put an interior staircase to the flybridge?

We've been in several Kadey-Krogen Manatees and I've never seen that attempted. I assume it would take up quite a bit of the salon space.
