  • Something I realized making this video is that even though it took me a while to figure out why I wasn’t landing these ollies today, I’m waaaaay more consistent with the rest of the movement. It feels a lot easier to get the board off the ground and a lot less scary to think about landing on it.

    I love this. I did something similar a few years ago when I started working from home. Keep going! Do you have an ultimate goal in mind? Kick flip or something like that?

      My goal is just to stay consistent and have fun progressing, but I’d love to do a kickflip at some point

    I commented a while ago (loving what you do), i first saw you in the middle of doing your walking on all 4's training. Just wondering do you still do your walking on all 4's daily along with this? and also wondering did the all 4 training help with going into a new skill (balancing etc.)?

      Yep, still walking on my hands daily. I think the balance work may have helped a bit, but the main benefit is just learning how to train daily without getting injured/burn out

      @@louisknowles3405 I started specifically to rehab and condition my hands and wrists, but I’ve developed a lot of strength and skill outside of that as well
