If you stagger the boss quick enough he doesnt stagger them, if you've noticed since this patch it recomends 3 to 4 different cc effects? Eg. X chance to stun, slow, immobilize, freeze, daze are all cc and cause stagger to bosses, the more you have the quicker it builds, the final phase is a joke with high enough stagger and rougues rapid fire is the highest attack ticks per second i think, specially when it double fires. If it double fires i think its like 18 arrows a second ~
it is a joke inside the pit, if mobs are grouped up i can wipe level 160 elites out in 1 hit xD the damage of this build is insane and so is the survivability
People said rapidfire was great at single target. But why did it take so long to complete each phase? We used to down her either 1 shot or within first 20 seconds of each phase (e.g., with hammer barb, necro bonespear, druid nado, and poison rogue). Anything changed about her health pool or was it because rogue was weak at single target for this season?
Yeah health has MASSIVELY been added, my blizz wizz could take her from 1 stagger to 0 hp in one blizzard stack and now it hardly touches her on eternal, they factored in power creep from tempers and mastering it seems, I have made a new video where I melt her in 1 stagger on rogue and completely cheese the spectres on final phase... they used to be one shot, too much mitigation now
Also this build is NO WHERE NEAR min max or anything and not many masterworks... this would be the average sort of player level at this point, I know barbs are still cheesing one shots and some minion cro's, the main strength of this build is the stagger... the final phase boss doesn't even get any mechs off because of stagger, now that is stinky cheese
RF build should be able to kill Lilith in 1st stagger ignoring all the deadly mechanics. But the poster didn't use Scoundrel's Kiss, which with rapid fire skill+ and it's rapid fire bonus dps, can be a 50% difference in damage. If he used caltrop before stagger, another x45% dps. These 2 together would 2x his dmg which would have give him the power to kill Lilith on first stagger as it took him 2 staggers. Add in beast boots with shadow clone, he would have over killed lilith. Rapid fire pretty much 1 shots all the bosses, except high lvl pit bosses of course.
I made an updated video to this once I got the scoundrel's kiss and shako, the build is in the link description, the build is not my own I just wanted to test of the build was as good as it looked and it really is, I literally don't like playing any other class now lol 😂

Health was massively increased this season
Although you for sure can kill Lilith a hell of a lot faster than this and some builds can still one shot
