A friendly tip: your audio quality needs a step-up, reposition your lav for optimal performance or go external mic and sync in post. Finally do some magic on your improved audio in post to make your clip standout from the rest of the YT presenters. Standout video is 80% audio and 20% picture.
Thanks, I also still have to work on the reverb in the studio a bit as well. I usually have lav (DJI Mic) where you see it positioned in this video (mic is omnidirectional) - where would you suggest is a better position?
Switching from Premiere Pro to Davinci, there is one small thing I miss: the rulers and the possibility the drag and drop guides easily on video. I know it is specific but it was a tool I highly used. And the Grid tool i not convenient.
Windows was not the problem as there were many apps that worked fine on Windows, it was Premiere Pro windows version. It did improve over time and when I first started using it I had appx one crash per day but by the end of my time with Premiere it rarely crashed. Resolve on Windows has been rock solid, maybe 2-3 hangs in about 1.5 years of daily use.
oh no! I used Premier Pro, and I switched to DaVinci Resolve because it's too expensive. I am getting the hang of DaVinci Resolve just now, also thanks to your videos. :)
thank you, I just switched to davinchi and learning from your videos thank you
Welcome to Resolve!! Glad my vids are helping :) :)
Good advice thanks, I switched for FCP 2 years ago and have never looked back.
Glad to help it :) :)
I have done the same journey as you have done from Premiere to Resolve and I share your experience. Colour grading and all updatings over the time.
Thanks for sharing :) :)

Yes there are a few little annoyances like that unfortunately.
I always use Adobe Premiere Pro with my Mac Mini M2Pro and have never had any problems! Your problem was Windows. Your choice is always personal.

I have CC as well as free DR. Start loving the DR.
