Sunita garu I can’t stop myself by writing this message. If we drink only juice you get only sugars, minerals and vitamins. But what about fiber? Our body need daily value of fiber. Fiber plays major role in heart, intestinal and cologne health. Pl answer me one word. Can’t we eat watermelon and oranges whole fruits? Vegetables you can eat sauté method. You get full values of vegetables. This is my opinion andi. Worrying about throwing fiber which it is giving good protection from heart attack and colone cancers and intestinal health. Keep this points in your mind andi. Thanks 🙏❤️😊

It is a valid question why can’t we eat fruits direct instead of making juice and throwing fiber? On a lighter note, if you don’t have teeth to eat the fruit with fiber or if you are a patient…perhaps you go for juice! On a more serious note….most of the fruits ( unless organic ….which will cost a bomb) are coated with generous doses of pesticides and it is always recommended to peel and eat ( superficial washing won’t do). That said, anyway you are throwing the skins….so you don’t have to be apologetic abt making a juice! Even if it contains useful minerals etc, you don’t eat oranges and the like with skin.
One useful suggestion is….whenever you make carrot and beat root juice ( individually or together), don’t put other items like greens etc and use the pulp to make halva! Since you have extracted juice, you may have to add little more sugar to compensate ( I recommend jaggery).
PS… the key issue in buying a slow juicer is…. 1. It should be powered by 240/250 watt motor for good crushing of tough nuts like carrots. 2 The general build quality should be good. You can come to a conclusion if you see in a offline shop. Rest of the features are all same in all brands. Despite several requests, the model number of the juicer in the video is not mentioned. The model available on Amazon for 16 to 17000 is good ….the costlier model are for commercial use ….as they are required to be continuously operated. The domestic models are rated for 30 min operation where as commercial models ( which juicer shops keep) are rated for one hour or more of continuous operation
Normally I don’t watch or comment on such videos. But on my lazy day, I violated my own policy! Hope it helps….
What I have observed with usage of cold press juicer is the amount of juice we get is approx 50% of the weight of vegetables. In this video i have seen the pulp coming from water melon is very rich in juice and fibre. Its better we consume it. With respect to te pulp coming from cold press juicer, its better we use it in teh preparation of chappathis, dosas, curries etc. Because pulp has almost 95% of fibre.

అంత price అని చాలా research చేసాను.but ప్రతి పైసా worth it.
వేరే brands Hestia,agaro prices తక్కువ ఉన్నాయి.కానీ సర్వీసింగ్ సెంటర్ ,spare parts problems ఉన్నాయి అని తీసుకోలేదు.

Sujata mixer grinder is basically for grinding….has a high wattage (1000w I think) motor and rotates at high speed..( May be over 5000 rpm). You can theoretically take juice out of fruits but it heats and crushes the seeds also into fine powder( which cannot be filtered) …mixing with juice…leaving a bad taste in the mouth. Of course, you can remove seeds before putting in mixer/grinder. But most of the vitamins and minerals will be lost due to high heat produced at high rotational speeds (rpm). If you are still prepared to drink that juice, I have nothing to say.
Slow or masticating juicers are designed exclusively for juicing and operates at less than 100 rpm with a motor of 150-250 watts only. Just like you cannot make chetney or idli batter in this type of juicers, you cannot use mixers/grinders for juicing. Hope I made the point clear.
36000 for 10 years means 3600 per year. Means 300 per month means 75rs per week cost. This is excluding fruits cost. With 75rs we can happily drink 2 juices per week outside 😊

The seeds are rejected along with pulp. Key difference between a normal mixie which rotates at high speed and the juicer which rotates at less than 100 rpm.

any model having 240-250 watts motor should be good. Higher wattage gives better crushing power for hard veggies like carrots. Rest of the features are same in most. Hope you got your answer.

Cold press juicers are different. Off course there are others more at slightly less cost. Mixie lo fast crush avvadam valla nutrients retain avvavu. I am looking into Agaro make at better price

Some one asked a valid question…why don’t you eat fruits instead of making juice and throwing the precious fiber. Tempted to answer…
On a lighter note, if you are an old guy without teeth or a patient you need juice. ( disclaimer….I am neither but love the juice sometimes!).
On a more serious note, mostly the vegetables or fruits contain lot of pesticides on the outer layer, it is recommended to peel and throw the skin anyway for health reasons ( unless you invest in their costlier avatars of organic fame!). If you want still conserve the pulp, you can turn out that into a chetney or halva! Whenever I juice carrots and beat roots, either separately or combined, I don’t mix with other items to use the pulp to tastier halva. You need to add little more sugar as you have taken out the juice. I normally use jaggery.
So, go ahead and enjoy your juice!

@@tth-theteluguhousewifeTalli…you have purchased a heavy duty commercial model which can continuously run for hours. No need to waste so much money. Domestic model of same brand will cost half of that price. Any slow juicer with 200 - 250 w motor running at less than 100 rpm will do same job irrespective of brand and price! Other differences in design features are minor and doesn’t matter. Unfortunately many people think the costlier the better! Of course, these are some technical points which I don’t expect a normal user to understand.
I find most of the people don’t use it regularly after initial enthusiasm dies down ! Same is true with microwave ovens….the costliest convection models turn out to be used only for defrosting Amul butter! ( of course , I am using the microwave for 90% of cooking and saving precious time!)
If you closely read the fine print of technical specifications both the models, you will agree with me. Except continuous operation capability, there is no difference. A continuous operation requires far more sturdier motor and other engineering elements. Probably if you buy offline, a honest sales person would have alerted you. This is one BIG drawback of online shopping!
