Hello, sis Gugu. This vlog was a lot of fun to watch especially the house viewing. In terms of the house, I recommend that you keep looking for your ideal home until you are certain. We eventually invested in a house after a long journey, and we are really happy here. It was a residential development in an estate, and we were able to pick our own plan and finishes with no transfer fees required due to it being a new development. So I believe that everything happens in God's time.
My first house is in an estate and I found a lot of limitations with estates. Thank you my sweetheart we will keep looking. We definitely need a top 3 before choose. I’m happy you found your perfect home. God bless 🙏🏽

The house is absolutely gorgeous i agree, but it’s kinda apartment-like than a house. I feel rooms , especially living & kitchen aren’t spacious enough for a house, more like an apartment room size. That kids/roommates bathroom is also just tiny. Only you know what you want though. ❤️❤️

I love your vlogs Gugu. One of your day ones. My HONEST opinion on the house is that your bae is absolutely right. Take a look at a couple of more houses then you can make your final decision. The house is absolutely gorgeous i agree, but it’s kinda apartment-like than a house. I feel rooms , especially living & kitchen aren’t spacious enough for a house, more like an apartment room size. That kids/roommates bathroom is also just tiny. Only you know what you want though. ❤️❤️

catching up.... personally i think the house is really beautiful but its less spacious the rooms are small especially if its a house that you guys want to permanently move in plus kids in the future although the site and situations and AESTHETICS are perfect.
