The diesels are making a shit ton of power, once the tractor is moving and feels good, on comes the blown hemi kicking it in the ass even more for wheel speed. Watch close and you can see the wheel speed pick up once the hemi throttles! He also uses it to control the front end height. And the little guy that comes running out in the white and blue is one of the mechanics. I seen him starting the hemi before the pull in another video. This tractor is a beast

Diesels dont make a ton of horsepower. The torque is off the charts for sure. The hemi probably just helps get those diesels choochin. He also uses it for extra power if he needs it to finish a pull I believe.

The driver is a badass! People like him that can build setups like this ,I can't help it. I have always been able to drive about anything and do really good with it and do really good at racing or anything I put my mind and hands to. Anyone that drives this bad boy has talent. But I'd be willing to bet that the one driving in this video is on that different level I respect so much I bet the guy driving this masterpiece built it and builds all sorts of other things without a doubt. I don't know who he is but if he built that them I would like to own a piece of furniture or a go cart or anything he built.

After watching about 30 of these pulls I was under the impression that the object of the exercise was to have the most expensive engine failure! What a shock to find out you're supposed to finish the run.
This is all about getting that horsepower harnessed to the ground. They have done a masterful job of this. I would love to see how this tractor compete against some of americas best.

This is the only tractor I've ever seen that makes a full pull and had to let out of it 3/4 of the way down the track.

I've heard these are geared to 110 MPH based on tire speed. So roughly low 13's running on the limiter.
That estructure was developed to Torque not for speed.

I believe the hemi is the power for the blowers as these motors choke them selves out at the end of the pull.

Prob a 2:1 from the hemi to the transmesh's. Max rpm on v12 is 4k, hemi around 8k
