This generation sucks in terms of social skills. I'm graduating college at 20 years old with no friends and a lot of acquaintances, no girlfriend, just the gym.
Just in the first few minutes with you talkin about anxiety just made me feel so much better knowin that other people go through the same shit. That feeling you get in your chest n shit perfectly described what I feel a lot of times and really made me relate to you. Thanks for putting out this banger of a video, it really helped me out
Trauma puts most people in a negative feedback loop especially if they were right about a certain outcome thus reaffirming their anxiety and fears. These are your demons. Most people are unaware of how their trauma effects their day-to-day life.

My anxiety does show up every once in a while and the fact that 99% of the time is caused by not being able to deal with the fact you don't now how something is going to turn out. Putting in gods hands would definitely be a way to release that uncertainty and just let it be. Focus on what you can control and let go of the things you cant and put that on god. that all sounds great on paper but its way deeper, exposure therapy works but its only temporary… most people who have dysfunctioning anxiety (anxiety disorder) got it from childhood trauma. Anxiety is just the brains way of protecting you from what it perceives as danger, its a survival mechanism everyone has it. You need to do serious introspective work and understand what your triggers are so you can find the root cause of why your anxiety is dysfunctioning, once you work on the root cause going out into the world is less daunting.
