It’s a tough call. The theragun has a bit more punch… but I’m really liking the heated head and I think it’s enough to bring it to the #1 spot for me personally
in my opinion nothing beats the foam roller
in general I agree, but for pre-workout I like the massage gun a lot better, especially with the heat I've been finding it very helpful
basically it's just a mini iron
Will it work on different brand massage guns?
I think some, but not all. I know, for example, they will not work with Theraguns
What's the battery life on it and how long does it take to charge?
