Oh God.... Here I am, 62 years old, and retired. As I'm watching this video from a lifetime ago, I remember how young and hopeful I was. Those of OUR GENERATION had it so good. We didn't have to worry about war, mass shootings, cruising the main drag with our friends on Friday and SATURDAY nights.... Going to the Roller Rink, or hanging out at the burger stand. We had B.T.O., The Bay City Rollers, Peter Frampton, Fleetwood Mac, Linda Ronstadt.... The list goes on and on... 8 track stereos were slowly giving way to cassette players... Disco was just starting... Wearing my Puka Shell necklace and of course my mood ring.... Those days are, unfortunately a distant memory... I have to wear reading glasses now... But, when I hear these wonderful songs, for a few brief minutes I can go back in time. I can see my High School buddies... We're laughing and joking, and life is good for a few brief moments....
Remember the past. I'm almost 70 & can't believe the world we live in. Not Sure what direction this country is going but it scares me. I don't think I'm living in the past but I'm also not forgetting it either. I love this old sh_t. Reminds me of a better time.
I’m 69- I finally realized my mortality- I was a good athlete in high school and college- Those days are long gone- All that matters to me now is my relationship with Jesus and eternal matters- God bless you all!!
I'm 63 and I remember dancing in the living room of the family I was babysitting for. The kids were asleep and nobody was watching me make a fool of myself.

I was a huge fan during this period. God, look at them. All so cute. I loved that little Irish boy Ian like crazy. What a great time to be a little kid.
I was born in the early 60’s and grew up with this kind of music and I would NEVER trade my 70’s for NOTHING...it was a wonderful time to live and ROCK & ROLL! 👍🏼👍🏼❤️
Ditto, people had a life outside their jobs, seemed to enjoy living and friends and weren't always obsessed about making tons of money and buying huge mansions. Thank the '80s for that mess.
The "Bay City Rollers" this band brings such happy youthful memories of being around the New Jersey Shore in the summertime circa around 1970s-1980s of my lost youthful nostalgia!!! wow, it has been way too many years gone by, I must be getting really old!!! LOL!!!

Yep, back then they knew how to sing and play musical instruments.
Today they just talk into a mic to a computerized beat. No talent.
Indeed. But don't forget, we still have Mr Paul McCartney 😍
