    आज कल तो सभी चीजों मे खतरा है । ज्यादा न्यूज देखने मे भी खतरा है । वरना रात मे नींद नही आती 😅😅😅😅

      @@ZaikaBiharka29 Very True. Real Protein like Eggs, Grass Feed Meet deficiency leads to Kidney Disease. high Sugary food/ high Glucose cause Damage to Kidney... Not Protein

      @@JK56864 daily apne weight ke anusar 0.8 gm minimum consume karna hota h agar tumhara weight 50 kg hai to daily ka 40 gm protein jaruri h
