Brilliant. I don't use foam, but sure can adapt some of your methods for wood. This shape is also one of the shapes used in Islamic muqarna architecture, so this solves a problem for me thanks.

Questions:
How did you scale it ? (according to miniature or not at all ?)
From what we can see (please correct if wrong), the main difference between roman/gothic is the arc radius, isn't it?
BTW, very clever the PVC tube to cut while spinning.
