The method is easy, Tools required in this videos to measure and adjust the pitch angle of the cooling tower fan blades are:
1. Inclinometer
2. Spanners
3. WD40 penetrating oil (in case the bolts are rusted)

depends on the manufacturer and design. almost between 9 to 12 degrees.

You are not measuring temperature
