To play such a historic game like this against the number 1 in the world of handball(Denmark), it definitely should have been a deserved win for egypt, heartbreaking to lose after all that tremendous effort, What a loss! Then Denmark had no goals for a whole extra time half but got saved by landing making some great saves, and then a penalty after time was out, clearly, Egypt should just have let Denmark shoot and hoped for the best. Mikkel Hansen might have played poorly but jeg was still the one who created the chances in the attack. Just look what happened after Mikkel Hansen got the red card. Danmark didn’t score in ordinary play in the entire second extra time. They only scored that one goal on penalty after time. Magnus Landin played because he can defend the back in defense which meant that denmark didn’t have to make that many defense/attack substitutions and Mikkel Hansen could run at control the fast breaks.
@Aprillia Kasih Yea, even though Egypt defended so well it was clear they had many issues in the attack. But with all the incredible young players they have, Egypt is now hopefully a team that consistently will compete for the semi finals at both the WC and the Olympics.
@@MattJ7 But Magnus can't defend or play well for 80 minutes they said themself that he can't handle 60 minutes at a high level. I'm not saying he should not play but he should have had breaks. It also makes it harder for the defenders if the speed and style of play changes a bit doing the match.
