It was really great to see where the Mississippi started. It's so small there! LOL Thanks for watching!

The Aiton Heights Fire Tower was very impressive. Not only does it offer spectacular 360° degree scenery, but it also provides a major league workout to anyone climbing those stairs to the observation deck..

We have been joking that every day was becoming leg day on this trek through Minnesota! 😄

That's awesome. Here in Indonesia also found a lot of rivers. I like to find it's headwater too. I took some videos of it. Nice video. ❤

My dad was up in that area during WWII on scrap drives. I'd like to float the Mississippi in a BIG john boat from wherever it's big enough to float a 25-30 ft john boat to New Orleans. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

    Beautiful area!

We have found the mosquitoes haven't been quite as bad as we anticipated they would be, which is a good thing. The deer flies were pretty bad in some areas, especially when hiking in the woods. Thanks for watching and commenting!

You guys always do great videos! Looks like a lot of fun! The fire tower looked awesome! Minnesota looks as nice as Michigan! Have you given any more thought about having a get together for your subscribers? I’m sure those of us from Michigan would love it.

    • @Trekers

Thank you, Karen! We were just talking yesterday about how much we've enjoyed Minnesota and that there is so much more to do there then we ever imagined. Minnesota doesn't get enough respect! 😀
We have thought about a get-together, but need to figure out location, timing, etc. (It's mostly about the timing.)
