I think Asahi, Ruto, Hyunsuk, Yoshi are the ones having their personal studios in YG building because of their contribution to Treasure's debut album, they were the only members with writing / producing credits. This is like YG's reward to them.
Later maybe other members can get rewarded with their own studios too after they get writing / producing credits in the album.

Yes!! YG almost always give so much less screen time to Mashiho and Yedam, which is just so sad and Wrong! They are both All- rounders and the longest YG trainees in Treasure. 😤
