EVISA is once you receive your BRP and after that you can apply for E visa

I faced same issue it’s due to nfc use an android phone it’s easier

What is that supposed to mean? I have BRC Indefinite under eu settlement as a family member of EU..

So you need physical ILR if coming before else if coming after than e VISa
