Very nice, looks great! I learned a lot from your video, gave me some good ideas to when I convert Heller’s first 1/72 Me-109K to an Avia S-199. Thank you.
@@ModComScaleModels true but at the time I could not get the latest KP release....so I took what I had in my stash and it was a pretty easy conversion...some of the guys in the club thought it was the latest KP release when they saw my build...
Když jsem začínal s modelařinou, tak se dala koupit hotová S-199 ka a my se ji snažili přestavět na Bf-109...Svět se mění... When I started with modelling, was possible to buy S-199 as the kit and we all tried to converse it into Bf-109...World is changing
Aldo, nebo si chvilku počkej - Eda slíbil mezka na příští rok...budeš to mít přesně a s nýtama, však stavět zatím určitě máš co... :-)

Super kamaráde. To si na něj počkám, Ještě jí tak mít ve dvaatřicetině :) Jak říkáš stavět mám opravdu co, i když teď dělám spíše takový starý vykopávky :)
I was surprised to see you use WD40 to thin your oils : is there a specific reason for not using products that are more common such as white spirit, lighter fluid or mineral oils ? I can understand that getting odorless thinner from Windsor & Newton is not for every one’s budget but the other products are cheaper than WD40 afaik.
In my opinion, when WD-40 dries, it leaves nicer stain. When you have it at home, like me, it is not expensive to use. For a few fuel leaks, that I made, a used just about 1ml of it.
Good bit of scratch building, very nice masks, excellent paint & weathering. Give yourself a pat on the back! Congrats!
Si frajer !!! Pre mňa je to dokonala modelarčina . Gratulujem !!!
Amazing conversion....such a great job...congratulations!

In 1/72 scale buy Avia S-199 from Kovozavody prostejov. It is better than heller and will be far more acurate than your conversion

What is the benefit of using wd40?
I think that it creates better and more realistic looking fuel stain than when created just by oil paints.
