Before trial Cueno already had 2 1/2 years in. He would have been released after serving 11 years. So basically he turned down 8 1/2 years.

@@BonnieMae-kn7js it sets a bad precedent, giving the already corrupt system more leeway to act freely as they want. This doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished, but the law shouldn't be able to do as they plz. There's enough of that going on
@@cynic2202 he got offered a plea deal and decided to go to court instead. Went from 15 years to 100 by himself. So several m*rders added up plus other crimes. So the killlers get to do as they please for years on end? The law can’t do whatever it wants, the law is doing what it allows. These guys be exaggerating it bc they don’t take accountability or responsibility for anything they do
