Hey Paul. Today I am eating lots of vegetables, but not starchy ones. No potatoes. It's probably easier to say what I don't eat. Nothing highly processed like fast food, Hot pockets, freezer grocery foods. No sugar, no pasta rice bread or crackers. So for breakfast, I'll have a large omelet with cheese with my bulletproof coffee. Lunch I'll have a large salad with lettuce, hard boiled eggs, olives, bacon bits, ranch dressing, mushrooms. Some beef and cheese burritos rolled up with a low carb tortilla. For dinner, a pork chop and broccoli w butter. Or maybe asparagus or spinach or brussel sprouts. My goal is to have no insulin spikes from blood sugar rises. Insulin is a energy storing hormone. (Puts glucose into fat cells)

Putting more air in your tires will cause them to wear more in the center of each tire. People usually do this when the sides are getting more worn than the center. The sides of your tires have the specifics of your particular tire. Then you can Google what the maximum load should be, including the maximum air pressure. 15 extra PPI seems like too too much. Also if you go on a road trip, as on the interstate, you would not want maximum air pressure because of driving at high speeds your tires get hotter and the air inside expands. Higher air pressure could mean lower control.

    • @quinnjohnson198
      @quinnjohnson198 Год назад +1

For the loads Paul carries its not worth the extra air, if he were hauling a 5th wheel camper type load regularly then yes tire pressure would need to be higher with heavier loads based on tire rating.

We not only cut out the sugars (refined and artificial), but all grains, soy and cooking oils but avocado or coconut. We understand the family kickback from their not understanding. It is worth it for you, for your health, even if no one agrees. Stand strong. Good job sticking with it. If you don't take care of your health, no one else will. That's awesome!
Don't stop. We're behind u all the way.
It's a wonderful thing what ur doing for yourself.
I've been doing keto off and on for 2-3 years now. More on and low carb all the time.
    I also have stayed omad
    (one meal a day)
    The whole time.
    I was waiting atleast 18 hrs b4 I eat.
Now I push for longer, which gets easier and easier.
Most days I do 20-23 hrs. And have gone 25.
I try to have a 1hr eating window.
I'd love to here how you've changed things up since u were doing keto.
Maybe u could do a live and talk about it. ❤
    Peace my friend.

I love your “smorgasbord” videos, Paul, with a little bit of this and some of that. I noticed you didn’t say anything about losing weight on your new life plan of eating so tells me the goal is to become healthier. Just wish the people in your life realized you are doing it for them too. I applaud your sobriety and conquering your eating habits. You are an inspiration!

Yes, if I remember correctly, when carrying a heavy load on a regular basis, one should increase the PSI in the REAR tires. But, check your user manual and/or research for details for your specific make & model. May even check a few different sites for most up to date recommendations. Congratulations on your new food life style Paul. Celebrate yourself for having the self discipline. ✌️✌️🙏 🙏 ✌️✌️ 🙏

Thanks Paul, great video. Sorry to see those antique iron wheels gon to scrap though. As for your tire pressure, run 5 psi below maximum listed. You don't carry near your maximum weight rated for your truck and not for prolonged times. A 1/2 ton truck can carry 1000 lbs all the time, but you could carry up to 2500 lbs for a short stint. My '89 F-150 4X4 has carried 3500 lbs with no problem for short hauls. Trucks are tougher than you may think. Have a blessed weekend.

I think the bed was a crib that turns into a toddler bed. The two little pieces would be the head and foot of the crib and the toddler bed. That's definitely a crib/toddler-sized spring. I'm glad that your new eating style is having positive effects and sorry about the family. I noticed that, some years ago, you were at 180 on DIMCO's scales. The other day you were at 140 and that's terrific!! It really shows and you're less out of breath than you used to be. Congrats on the positive change!! (or is weight loss a negative change? LOL) I'm slowly getting the snacks out of the house. Glad the prices are up.
