Hope you take your heart to heart. My comment was because I recently purchased a flagship phone that had exceptionally poor audio (for both the voice and cam) and I returned it. Prior to return I was cooperating with the seller and we reinstalled both the CN and the EU software but with no significant improvement. (Just yesterday my card was credited with the amount and I have only positive things to say about the seller.) The thing is that almost all reviewers are arm-chair talkers tending toward cute entertainment. So now I only watch those who report from the field/trenches.
