- In this video, we compare the Hyundai Creta’s petrol and diesel versions. At the end of the report, you will be able to make a decision on whether you should go for the petrol #Creta2020 or its diesel counterpart. The two cars will be compared on various counts, like their price, engine specs and features to help you reach a conclusion.
The Hyundai Creta is available with a 1.5L Petrol engine paired with a 6-Speed Manual transmission. The power and torque output of this engine is 115PS and 144Nm. There is a 1.5L Diesel engine on offer as well, paired with a 6-Speed Manual transmission. The power and torque output of the diesel engine is 115PS and 250Nm. It is also available with a 1.4L Turbo Petrol engine paired with a 7- Speed DCT Automatic transmission. The power and torque output of the turbo-petrol engine is 140PS and 242Nm.
Creta Dimensions: The next generation Hyundai Creta 2020 is 4300mm long, 1790mm wide, 1635mm tall and rides on a wheelbase measuring 2610mm. The 2020 Creta has a boot space of 433 litre. On the other hand, the Kia Seltos measures 4315mm in length, 1800mm in width and 1645mm in height. The wheelbase of Kia Seltos is 2610mm with boot space of 433 litre.
Hyundai Creta prices start from Rs. 9.99 lakh and go up to Rs. 13.46 lakh for petrol manual powertrain. For the petrol automatic powertrain, Hyundai Creta prices start from Rs. 14.94 lakh.

Company mentioned that Diesel engine (1.5) will give 20.4 and Petrol(2.0) will give 14.6. I am having Swift vxi petrol of 2012 and till July 2021, I drive 43000 km only. I want to switch from Swift to SUV segment. My friend is having I10 automatic and getting average of 8 km/pl in petrol.
