Thanks so much! I really enjoyed putting this video together. They are both fantastic instruments. We hope you will give us a call when you are ready to upgrade!
It's hard to initially tell but I prefer the sound of the first flute you played but both sounded beautiful. Is there any literature describing the differences in sound quality between the outside & inside fusions? Thanks!
Hi Chris! Thanks for watching. I would check out the descriptions of the flutes on Haynes' website. That is probably about all there is as far as written text about the sound. I will point out that the sound won't sound the same for each player though. For me, the Fusion Inside was a bit sweeter and easier to control, but it could be just the opposite for you. The best thing to do usually is to visit a dealer or take out a trial with both flutes to compare
That is a totally valid opinion! We are all different and listen for different things in our sound. You may prefer a more sparkly silver flute sound and there are tons of great silver options out there as well
Celestial tone quality.

I have the fusion outside with a platinum riser and I’m in love with how warm and dark the sound is. Loved this demo!

To me both don't sound good. Way too much like an Oboe. It's a flute and the standard sound should be dolce and not duck.
