"Born and raised in Philadelphia, soul singer Bilal is now one of the most dynamic artists of our time. His music mixes R&B, jazz, soul, blues, gospel and hip-hop. In the late 1990s, Bilal was a member of The Soulquarians, the influential collective of which D'Angelo, Questlove, Q-Tip and Common, among others, were also members. I saw Bilal with Jazmine Sullivan years ago in NYC around like 2007 or so. He was absent literally... Like he was off stage as much as he was on stage. I'm so glad to see he's committed to performing again, I LOVE HIM!!!! Next chance I get I'll be there 🥰🥰🥰
