We have a nurse practitioner that comes from a town that has our closest McDonalds, and she will bring us biscuits and McMuffins. I’m going to ask her to bring this for us. I will give her the money lol. Also, I love the salsa as well and I’m super picky about it. I put it on the hash brown and on the sausage. I will also take the bun without the cheese and put grape jelly on it.
