Thanks for the honesty. The beginning of the year is so hard. Inflation is hurting so much. Client are waiting longer to come in and want to pay the same price for a 3inch grow out.

Can you make a video or tiktok on timing? I’m a newer stylist (6 months on the floor) and I’m getting pretty discouraged about it. For a full highlight it takes me about 3hrs to do the foil, tone and blow dry and I’m getting pressure by my owners to speed up since time is money and other stylists can get it done in 1 1/2-2hrs. I feel like everything takes me longer and idk how to speed up without getting sloppy/cutting corners. I love your videos and thank you for sharing so much!!
