  • Hi guys,
today, I decided to do something different and to write a letter to anyone looking to become an exchange student and to those who are currently studying abroad.
    I hope you enjoy!

This is so sweet! I am leaving on an exchange to Finland in August and it’s already bittersweet trying to plan things with friends and family. And trying to fully live every moment I have here at home before I leave them for a year❤️. Thank you for all of your videos and messages!

I know this feeling all too well trust me. Many bittersweet moments. You will experience similar feelings towards the end of your exchange as well. But the experiences, memories, and friendships make it so worth it

Really good video,I hope I can win a competition I have at my school to get a free exchange, and if I do that, this video is going to help me a lot, and possibly, make tears fall from my eyes lol hhaha. The exchange can be to England, Ireland or USA, and before watching your videos, I just wanted to go to NYC, but now, I see the beauty of the south

literally crying rn, I'm gonna be an exchange student soon and i wasn't scared or nervous until I realized i have only 2 months left to get into this adventure.
rn I'm sacred, i catch myself doubting if this is a good idea or not, if i actually want to do this, but i know this opportunity is not coming twice

It seems like you left your heart in the US… I left my heart in Bosnia after being there just for vacation… I can’t wait to go there back and start me adventure as a student… thank you for your passionate words and your trust in us by sharing that ❤

hi!! such a great video omg ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
uhm this august i’m starting my exchanger year in Orlando, FL and i have this question running on my mind lately, so basically i am gay and, because i’m going to live in a host family, i think the best thing to do is to tell them, but how exactly and when? like in the first weeks or so??
btw for making more context: i’m vegetarian and my host family know about it, my host mother is also vegetarian, so usually, if you accept one person to be vegetarian, you also accept if they are from the LGBT community, so i don’t think my host family is going to say anything bad about it.
    thanks ✨✨✨

Hi Héctor, thank you so much! First of all, I am very sorry you even have to worry about these things. Sexuality can be a difficult subject especially in the U.S. and especially in the South. My advice would be to either tell them right away or to find out which religion and denomination they belong to if they are religious. This way Google might be able to tell you whether they are likely to accept you as you are. In any case, you should be with a family who loves and accepts you exactly for who you are. I hope I was able to help you

@@honey27003 i know they have christian believes but they never go to church, so i don’t think there’s gonna be a problem about it. i made a video call with them some weeks ago and they seem very open minded so, i hope there won’t be any problem. thank u so much for everything!!!
and also i love all your videos! they are helping me a lot ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
