Yeah we won't make the towel mistake again and thankfully Alan needs his shade so it worked out in out favour both ways to have that umbrella. Delish dessert for sure.
Oh my, that is really good to know about when to get a towel. That queue definitely cut into your time on the island. And good thing you were the only ship there as it would’ve been too busy! And glad you were able to make most of your time despite the storms.

The beach looks great. A nice way to enjoy and relax. It's good that the drinks and food are including in your package. The ziplining looks fun. Shame about the weather conditions.

Crazy that they own their own island. Amazing what they've done with it. The beaches look fantastic. Nice that the drink packages carry over. I'd be ticked if I paid extra for that but, while on the island they decided to extort me for more money.

Amazing tour! The food look so delicious and lots of variety is there to taste. One should definitely try the cruises and enjoy the beach at its best.

Yes the towel line was so long! We enjoyed the sunshine while we had it (at least I did 🤣 my husband preferred the rain)

Our only NCL cruise was to Alaska so we haven't had the opportunity to visit Great Stirrup Cay - great overall review.
It looks like the island was very nice. The lighthouse was so pretty with the pictures painted on it. Too bad you had rain and crowds.
We still had a great time despite the crowds and weather. If we go back I'll be hoping for sunshine 🌞

Beautiful experience on this boat, and the private island is just amazing. However, it's sad that the rain spoiled the atmosphere a bit.
Yes the rain killed the day, but we still had a good time.
I guess this was not the best excursion... Long lines and rain. But the temperature looked nice and warm... At least something...

Haha I always think of chicken tenders, too when it comes to those boats. No idea why they are called that.
We got rained out the last time we went to the island. The food looked good. We just left and didn’t try the food. Next time!

Can you rent the clamshell when you arrive on the island?
Yes, there were plenty available, we chose an umbrella because it was front row to the water.
