In the video,C2 Micro and grill combination setting has been used. In this combination cooking using any kind of metal is a no even if provided with the appliance. Instead you can just grill(press the button once only) where both heat resistant glass and metal can be used. Please read the user manual carefully before using as it is very dangerous
