Know yourself; understand the mind; analyse your thoughts; Be humble.... cultivate love and respect...Be true to yourself...don't show off...There is no apparatus to learn the highest knowledge... There is beauty in humility... Pranams to Guruvugaru.
🙏Some excerpts from this Guruji's satsang: In day to day life, we need to treat everyone with due respect. That is where the basic foundation for the dhyana lies. If we know that In the inner core there is nothing, we go into the state of meditative ness, analogous to knowing that there is nothing against you in someone's mind against you, where you get into the sleep happily. Differentiation towards others and looking down on someone is due to Ego. Liking or disliking of people happens in the mind. Both mind and body seems to be so interlinked and mixed. It requires subtleness to see this. Ego is the Kapata nataka suthradhari! Desire creates the particularity. We need to see if there is a Pre state of the thoughts of the mind. Parvathi is respiration and Siva is the meditation. Simultaneously, we can not do something without gap. There is a gap in between the thoughts too where we can identify the truth/God. We can't see the gap as Our thoughts are so rapid which is due to the rapidity in our lifestyle.: filled with wants , desires & lack of humility. We need to identify the gap. Then know that rapidity is responsible for not seeing the gap. We need to start working to reduce the rapidity, through seeing the causes and effects for it and do the needful. Then we come to identify that the gap of stillness is all pervasive and is there all the time which is Gayatri tatva. Ajadyam vakpatutvam cha Hanumath smaranath bhaveth! is the sloka suggested by kanchi paramacharya Swamiji for Jnana . Thought is the one which asks and it is the one which gives. It is the seeker and giver. Even Siddhis are of the same kind. If the difference in the inner core is lost then the real truth gets manifested. First we need to look into ourselves and catch the gap between the thoughts. No process is needed doesn't mean to leave sampradaya. It is about no process is needed to look into ourselves. We need to improve humility, and have respect for one another. If you don't expose the drama within you, don't express your greatness. In wanting to expose their jnana(knowledge ) people tend to expose their Ajnana/ ignorance. Your personal aspects need not be made public. There is a beauty in Humility which has capability to mould into state of meditativeness. We need to see the elements that are responsible for the creation of duality , differences and separation within us. 🙏🙏🙏
